3.放入过筛的面粉拌匀成烫面团

8.蛋白分次加入细砂糖打发

9.把打发好的蛋白盛1/3到蛋黄面糊里

10.用刮刀从底部往上翻拌均匀,注意不要划圈搅拌,否则容易导致打发好的蛋白消泡

11.将拌好的面糊重新倒回蛋白碗里

12.再次翻拌均匀成为蛋糕面糊

13.拌好的面糊倒入烤盘里,抹平并震出大气泡

14.放入预热好175度的烤箱中层,烤15-20分钟至表面金黄色。用牙签扎入蛋糕,取出牙签后牙签上没有残留物,表示蛋糕已经熟透。

15.烤好的蛋糕倒扣到冷却架上

16.趁热撕去油纸,冷却后切成两半,中间涂上果酱再切成小片即可
小窍门&温馨提示
1.混合面糊的时候不要划搅拌,否则容易导致打发好的蛋白消泡
2.用牙签扎入蛋糕,取出牙签后牙签上没有残留物,表示蛋糕已经熟透。
